4.Dust collector system

It is mainly a centrifugal dust collector to remove dust after incineration. The dust collection system consists of three parts: a dust collection cylinder, an inverted cone and an exhaust duct. The role of the dust collection system is to collect the particulate dust contained in the flue gas generated by the incineration material, which is convenient for centralized cleaning. At the same time, it can reduce the pollution to the atmosphere and purify the environment.
Working principle of the dust collection system: The particulate dust contained in the flue gas generated by the incineration material reaches the cyclone dust collector under the powerful suction of the induced draft fan. Cyclone dust collector is a device that uses the principle of centrifugal landing to separate particulate dust from the air stream. The upper part of the cyclone duster is conical. When the dust-containing gas enters from the tangential direction of the intake pipe on the upper side of the cylinder, it obtains the rotation reverse motion. After the dust is separated, it is discharged from the exhaust pipe at the top of the cylinder. The dust particles Drop from the cone bottom into the dust collecting cylinder.
