Overview: In view of the special shape of medical waste, our company has developed a gas-controlled solid waste pyrolysis incinerator based on patented technology. The furnace uses the principle of pyrolysis and gasification. The waste is pyrolyzed under the condition of hypoxia in a vertical gas-controlled furnace. And gasification, and the generated flue gas contains combustible components such as CO and CH4. After the combustible flue gas enters the second combustion chamber, it is strongly mixed with the secondary oxygen supplemental air entering tangentially. The flue gas temperature at the outlet of the second combustion chamber can reach 1100 C, and the flue gas can be completely burned. The incineration and flue gas treatment will form a system, so that the exhaust gas can be discharged safely.

The gas-controlled pyrolysis incinerator has the following advantages:

(1) Wide adaptability to the size of waste, especially for large wastes;
(2) The waste is statically gasified and incinerated in the furnace, and the amount of dust generated is small, which greatly reduces the load on the subsequent exhaust gas purification section;
(3) The one-time loading of medical waste greatly reduces the contact opportunities between the waste and the operator, ensures the physical safety of employees, and greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operation;
(4) The degree of automation is high, and the air volume is automatically adjusted; the burner combustion state is automatically adjusted according to the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the second combustion chamber; the automatic shutdown procedure is started when the set state is reached;
(5) Low cost, short construction period, convenient operation, and small plant area;
(6) When the calorific value of waste is above 3000 kcal, no additional fuel is required for combustion, and the center temperature of the outlet of the secondary chamber can reach 1150 C.

This device is a high-tech system that organically combines high temperature, safe combustion, efficient use of thermal energy (consider recycling of hot water or steam if necessary), and automation of the operating system.
