Features:

(1) Waste liquid adopts tangential-dual-fluid atomization device, which has extremely high mixing degree, atomization effect, combustion speed and efficiency, low excess air coefficient, which can save a large amount of fuel. The viscosity and impurity content are not high, and it is not easy to be blocked. The low pressure atomization method is adopted, the high pressure spray gun is safe, not easy to wear, not easy to malfunction, and the combustion effect is good. The atomizing medium is low pressure steam, air or nitrogen.
(2) Exhaust gas adopts patented technology ejector and patented exhaust gas-steam or nitrogen mixer, so that the exhaust gas and steam or nitrogen are fully mixed before entering the incinerator, so that the organic matter in the furnace can be fully decomposed and the combustion is more fully. .
(3) The combustion safety is high. The control logic program is provided with a function that cannot ignite without igniting explosive gas before ignition in the furnace to prevent gas explosion. A flame detector is provided. Once the flameout or ignition failure occurs in the furnace, Automatically cut off the supply of fuel and waste immediately, complete alarm system, safe and reliable.
(4) According to the composition and characteristics of the waste material, a dedicated furnace lining and incinerator body were specifically designed; thereby changing the fatal defect of short life of the fluorine-containing waste incinerator.
(5) Full consideration of waste heat utilization after waste incineration can generate steam for production use.
(6) Recycling the hydrofluoric acid gas generated in the incineration process in the most economical and reasonable way.
